Transportation Design Lead

This is a full-time role based out of any of our five locations.CBS2 is seeking an experienced Transportation Design Leader to lead the design and delivery of roadway and transportation infrastructure projects across Wisconsin. This role is responsible for owning plan production, advancing Civil 3D design, and supporting projects from concept through final design and construction documentation. You'll work closely with project managers while also mentoring junior engineers and CAD technicians, helping elevate the team's technical capabilities.
