We are headquartered in Santa Monica, CA, but are hiring across the U.S. Join us!Responsibilities:Support the Operations Manager with the day-to-day responsibilities in the market60-80% of your time will be hands-on, manual work to include:Direct labor and warehouse organizationHand-count assets and compliance auditsPerform routine inspection and maintenance of vehiclesRespond to on-demand and in the field customer service requestsRedistribute scooters around Veo's service areasIdentify, document and recover scooters requiring in-shop repairAd-hoc field tasks and other tasks as required20-40% of your time will consist of a variety of administrative work to include:Support Operations Manager with hiring, training, scheduling staffEmployee productivity trackingSOP follow-upAssist Operations Manager with other projects as neededQualifications & Skills:Basic mechanical and technical aptitude1 year of leadership or supervisory experienceA valid driver's licenseAbility to lift up to 60 lbs and be on your feet for the entirety of a shiftKnowledge of the local geography and street layoutClear, effective communicationEligible to work in the United StatesPerks:Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, early stage technology companyVeoRide creditsMedical/dental/vision coverageBelow is the expected salary range for this position.
