The Braintree Merchant Services Specialist supports merchants by managing relationships, resolving issues, and optimizing account performance. They serve as the main contact for merchant concerns, ensuring timely resolutions and enhanced client experiences. This role focuses on portfolio growth, retention, and operational excellence by assisting with integrations, account configurations, and product support. The specialist identifies new opportunities, collaborates with internal and banking partners, delivers value-added services, analyzes trends, and implements strategies that drive long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.Essential Responsibilities: Develops strategic engagement plans that anticipate client needs and enhance satisfaction. Facilitates workshops or training sessions to deepen client relationships.Creates and implements communication strategies that promote clarity and engagement. Provides coaching to peers on effective communication techniques.Acts as a subject matter expert, guiding clients on advanced product applications and troubleshooting complex issues.
