Job Title: Web Systems AdministratorLocation : Tallahassee, Florida (local to Florida)Duration : 12 + months (possibility of extension)MGT is seeking an experienced Web Systems Administrator to fill a temporary assignment for their CLIENT, Selected candidate will be an employee of MGT 12 + months (possibility of extension) as needed, and services contracted to the Client.Minimum Qualifications of Candidate The Department is seeking an Internet/Web Systems Administrator professional with the following minimum qualifications (these qualifications must be clearly stated on the resume and verifiable via reference checks): Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems Degree, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience with Oracle Databases, Oracle functions, stored procedures, triggers, packages & performance tuning. Minimum 7 years of experience developing Microsoft ASP.NET web applications, & Proficient in converting ASP.net web forms to MVC. Experience with C#.Net, MVC, ASP.NET 4.XX, OOPS, Webservices, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks. Familiarity with Dot Net core application development. Familiarity with Azure services and application development on Azure Experience with Microsoft SQL Server; Creating and Writing Stored Procedures.Experience with batch processing and data loading. Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services 2017 and above. Experience with SQL Server Integration Services. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint. Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. Experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards. Producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, testing. Experience with working with development teams on large enterprise projects. Deliverables/Tasks The Internet/Web Systems Administrator key deliverables include, but are not limited to, the following: Assists in developing specifications as well as overall planning and management of projects. Meets with leadership to provide status reports on a weekly basis and provide monthly written reports which will include accomplishments, areas of concern, and recommended solutions. Communicate project progress and information to team, sponsor, stakeholders, and legislative body as appropriate. Ensures technical direction and standards are being followed. Develop project plans and measures actual progress against the plans. Assures that project documentation includes the project plans, budgets, risk plans, communication plans, change control logs, and reports. Demonstrates an understanding of tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions. Manages project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques. Manages change control within the projects. Obtains sponsor approval for changes to scope, budget, and schedule that effect the critical path. Written documentation showing testing and verification of modifications to ensure that objectives are met. Scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, or equivalent. Experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) cloud services (e.g., SageMaker) and multi-cloud architecture.
