Position SummaryRiccobene Associates Family Dentistry is excited to welcome new dental graduates to join our team as Associate Dentists. This position offers a supportive environment for recent graduates to develop their clinical skills while providing high-quality dental care to our patients. The Associate Dentist will work closely with experienced dentists and office staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes and foster a positive office culture.Job Duties/ExpectationsProvide comprehensive dental care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative procedures under supervision and mentorship as neededAdhere to all office protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain quality and safety standardsConduct thorough clinical and radiographic examinations to identify dental conditions and implement appropriate treatment plansEducate patients on preventive oral care and hygiene practicesMaintain accurate and detailed patient records, including diagnosis and codingParticipate actively in daily office huddles, team meetings, and ongoing training opportunitiesCollaborate with the office team to support positive culture and achieve performance goalsComply with OSHA and regulatory guidelines to ensure patient and staff safetyQualificationsThis position is ideal for recent dental school graduates seeking to gain professional experience in a supportive group practice setting.
