Role: ServiceNow Senior Developer (SecOps )Location: Cincinnati, Minneapolis, Portland & Dallas Duration: Full Time / Permanent/w2 contractTechnical Experience:8 years of experience with ServiceNow Development.Broad IT experience of working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives.Candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as ITSM, Service Portal, Custom apps, Governance, Risk & Compliance.Should have understanding on ITIL/ITSM processes.Good hands-on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, Glide and Jelly Scripting.Design and modify ServiceNow forms, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more.Knowledge of best practices in ServiceNow development activities/coding.Integration with 3rd party tools using (web services, REST, SOAP, email, MID, etc)Troubleshooting Service Now performance issues.ServiceNow GRC implementation or development experience will be added valueRoles & Responsibilities: Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs.Help design and implement new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite.Strong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including, but not limited to, ITSM, CMDB, GRC, Custom Development, etcConduct Proof of Concept activities when necessary.Prepare run books on specific technology areas.Experience with release/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances with ServiceNow.Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed.Applies innovative technical solutions to business and the application processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent analytical and Strong problem-solving skillsExcellent teamwork and team building skills.Academic & Professional Skills:ServiceNow System certified administration is a mustCertified Implementation Specialist- ITSM is a mustITIL Foundations certification is a must.Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education.
