This role leads a team of Sales Coordinators, oversees sales analytics and reporting, and manages dealer training to ensure alignment with strategic goals and optimal performance.This position supports the back-office operations of the sales organization, with a strong emphasis on process optimization, data accuracy, and operational effectiveness. Ideal candidates bring experience in analytics, sales operations, or business operations and enjoy improving systems and workflows rather than selling directly. Key Areas of Responsibility Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline metrics, and forecast accuracyAnalyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementProvide strategic insights to senior leadership based on data-driven analysisMonitor and report on KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectivesManage sales tools and technologies, ensuring proper usage and training across the teamCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiencyDevelop and implement standardized sales processes and best practices across regionsPartner with Marketing and Product teams to align sales strategies with product launches and campaignsLead and develop a team of Sales Coordinators to support daily sales operations and administrative functions Key Attributes Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading teamsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other analytics toolsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencyAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracyExperience in coordinating training programs and working with external partnersEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field;Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or related rolesExperience managing direct reports and cross-functional projectsFamiliarity with sales tools and technologies and data visualization tools
