For the first time, we are aligning department goals directly to company objectives—raising the bar on clarity, accountability, and performance across the organization. We’ve modernized our systems, implementing Paylocity as our HRIS and payroll platform and Carta Total Comp to support leveling frameworks and market benchmarking. Now, we’re ready to fully leverage that infrastructure to drive performance at scale.We’re now hiring a Director, People to architect and scale the systems that enable high performance in a distributed organization. This role reports to the VP, People and owns the infrastructure that drives clarity, accountability, development, and consequence management across the employee lifecycle. Recruiting is owned separately. This leader focuses on what happens after great talent joins — ensuring standards are clear, managers are equipped, and performance is actively managed. For more information visit www.rockbot.com.CompensationRockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
