Responsibilities include analyzing large datasets, performing data preprocessing and cleansing, ensuring data integrity, designing and developing ML models for tasks like detection of AI-generated imagery, and applying pattern recognition to uncover insights. The role requires critical thinking, creativity, and the ability to communicate research findings effectively. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, bridge research and operations, and integrate advanced algorithms into operational workflows using NGA data and environments.Required Skills3+ years of experience in machine learning / computer vision / data scienceStrong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)Experience with image and/or video dataAbility to understand and implement research-level algorithms from technical papersExperience with model evaluation, validation, and performance analysisFamiliarity with Linux-based environments and version control systems (e.g., Git)Desired SkillsExperience with image forensics, deepfake detection, or GEOINT-related analyticsExperience working with DoD / IC programs or classified environmentsFamiliarity with containerization (Docker) and deployment pipelinesExperience handling large-scale or multi-format datasetsKnowledge of adversarial robustness, synthetic data generation, or explainable AICompany: Global InfoTek, Inc.
