In 2023, LoveShackFancy launched Beauty exclusively at Sephora, inviting millions into its rose-colored world of whimsy and celebration.ROLE OVERVIEW:The Senior Director of Visual Merchandising & Creative Services is responsible for shaping and executing the brand's visual expression across all channels. This role oversees Visual Merchandising, Creative Services, and supporting New Store Openings, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand experience from concept through execution.This leader will drive the visual storytelling of the brand across all retail and wholesale doors, marketing assets, and customer touchpoints while building scalable processes that support continued retail expansion.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Visual Merchandising LeadershipDevelop and lead the global visual merchandising strategy across all retail locationsCreate seasonal visual direction, window concepts, and in-store merchandising standards that reflect the brand's aesthetic and storytellingPartner with retail leadership to ensure consistent execution across all storesEstablish and maintain VM guidelines, standards, and training programs for store teamsOversee new product launches and seasonal floor sets to ensure impactful in-store presentationPartner with Buying and Merchandising on the in-store rail presentation and mannequin styling per collectionOversee the Visual upkeep and presentation standards of the storesPartner with Merchandising and Wholesale on the setup of the showroom for marketCollaborate cross-functionally with key partners including the Regional Directors team, Events, and VIC to support visual merchandising initiatives and ensure alignment across retail and brand experiencesCreative Services OversightIdeation, sourcing, and execution of seasonal store and window installsSupport of Brand and VIC events in the showroom, in-store and at pop-up locationsLead the Creative Services team, overseeing the development and production of marketing assets and visual elements to support the retail store fleet product and event calendarEnsure alignment with brand marketing cadence and cohesive execution of visual campaigns across the fleet in line with the omni-channel calendarPartner with Marketing, E-commerce, and Brand teams to bring campaigns and product storytelling to lifeManage creative workflows, production timelines, and resource allocation across projectsNew Store OpeningsOversee the visual merchandising and creative execution of all new store openings and remodelsPartner with Project Manager, Store Design, Retail Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless launch executionDevelop scalable processes for merchandising and visual setup of new storesManage visual merchandising strategies specific to each new market while maintaining brand standardsTeam Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationLead and mentor teams across Visual Merchandising and Creative Services, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and operational excellenceBuild scalable team structures and processes to support retail growthPartner cross-functionally with Retail, Marketing, Brand, E-commerce, and Operations leadershipManage budgets, vendor relationships, and external creative partnersQUALIFICATIONS:10+ years of experience in visual merchandising, creative direction, or brand creative leadership, preferably within fashion or luxury retailProven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across visual merchandising and creative productionStrong understanding of retail storytelling, customer experience, and brand presentationExperience supporting retail expansion and new store openingsHighly collaborative leader with strong project management and organizational skillsAbility to balance creative vision with operational executionStrong communication skills
