Grayson BMW has an immediate opening for an Assistant Sales ManagerThe Pre-owned Assistant Sales Manager ensures the dealership meets pre-owned vehicle sales quotas through expert management and leadership of the sales team and maintaining proper inventory levels in terms of amount and vehicle types. In addition, the Asst. Sales Manager assists with hiring, training and monitoring team member performance; resolving customer complaints; and helps with closing the sale when necessary.
