Client Relations Specialist (Hybrid – 30 Hours/Week | Dallas Office)Taylor Counseling Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This hybrid position plays a vital role in supporting our counselors and ensuring a seamless experience for both new and returning clients.This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a private practice setting while learning the operational and administrative side of mental health services. Graduate students in Counseling or Psychology programs are strongly preferred, as this position offers valuable exposure to the inner workings of a growing clinical practice while directly supporting client care.Key Responsibilities:Schedule appointments for new and returning clientsRespond to billing inquiries and client questions in a timely, professional mannerProvide administrative and operational support to counselors and leadershipMaintain accurate client records and documentationDeliver high-quality customer service that reflects our standard of careWhat We’re Looking For:Currently enrolled in a Counseling or Psychology graduate program (preferred)Strong administrative and organizational skillsProfessional phone presence and excellent written communicationAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, client-centered environmentHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and reliabilityInterest in learning the inner workings of a growing private clinical practiceSchedule & Work Expectations:30 hours per weekHybrid schedule (combination of remote work and in-person work at our Dallas office)Must be available to work evenings during the weekThis position is ideal for someone who values both in-person collaboration and remote flexibility while maintaining a strong commitment to client care.Compensation:$15/hourBenefits:Paid Time OffBCBS PPO/HMO HealthcareDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)Short-term disability
