Discovery Experts, LLC Consultant To save time applying, Discovery Experts LLC does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this position at this time.  The candidate must be located in the DFW area.   Discovery Experts is seeking candidates for the full-time position of eDiscovery Consultant.  Discovery Experts’ Consultants serve clients with concierge-level service in the field of litigation technology and electronic discovery.  Discovery Experts Consultants operate as the primary interface between clients, trial counsel, and technology professionals.  Amongst other things, Consultants assist clients and their outside counsel with eDiscovery strategy, data collection and preservation, eDiscovery protocols, database configuration strategies, training, motion practice, reporting, and trial preparation.  Discovery Experts’ Consultants collaborate with our technical team to create new technology and workflows to benefit our clients.  Consultants act as a translator between technology and the law so trial counsel can focus on winning.   Successful candidates have: A JD from a highly-regarded law school [preferable, but will consider other candidates with unique experience] At least 3 years of civil litigation experience including experience with discovery workflows and best practices, discovery protocols, and motions to compel Experience evaluating processes and technologies for preservation, data collection, document review, and production The ability to simultaneously manage multiple cases at different phases of litigation Eager to work closely with and advise clients and outside counsel The ability to take client requirements and provide technical instruction to Discovery Expert’s Project Managers A consultative problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment Experience in the construction or energy industries [a plus, but not required] A humble attitude with a hunger to learn, grow, and serve A love of technology and its ability to assist legal professionals  Thrive in a face-paced, supportive, creative, service-oriented culture focused on making clients’ lives easier and helping you achieve your goals in your legal technology career  Discovery Experts offers a professional and fun work culture with competitive compensation, flexible hours, and a remote work environment.
