Responsibilities
Implement, maintain, and improve HRIS modules, including configuration and updates of people systems.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other internal teams to define requirements, perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance enhancements; maintain tables and audit data integrity.
Document process flows, testing scripts, and results; develop and maintain knowledge-base articles and job aids.
Analyze and audit HR data for reconciliation, advanced queries, and continuous monitoring.
Diagnose and resolve user issues, provide troubleshooting support, and coordinate with vendor partners.
Identify and propose automation, integration, and other efficiency improvements.
Provide mentorship and training to HRIS and other team members.
Support short- and long-term departmental priorities and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, human resources, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.
5+ years of HRIS technical application support experience.
2+ years providing system support and 2+ years troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
Experience configuring third-party vendor solutions.
Strong documentation skills, including test script development and audit reporting.
Preferred: 6 years of Human Resources experience.
Preferred: Experience with system interfaces and data mapping.
