This role will work closely with development teams in a hybrid setup.PositionTealeaf Developer/Engineer Responsible for reviewing web and mobile changes, implementing and optimizing Tealeaf, and analyzing customer journeys.ResponsibilitiesReview planned web and mobile changes for Tealeaf impacts and create technical designs.Configure data capture, masking, and tracking events in Tealeaf.Build dashboards and reports for customer journey analysis.Optimize Tealeaf replay for web pages and native screens (iOS, Android).Collaborate with teams to ensure Tealeaf compatibility and manage data processing.Perform deep-dive analysis to improve customer experiences.Administer and maintain Tealeaf, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.Required Qualifications3-5 years of experience in Tealeaf implementation, configuration, and administration.Strong knowledge of Tealeaf data capture, replay, and analytics.Experience in web server architecture and digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics).Strong communication and presentation skills.Benefits/CompensationCompensation details: Provided upon request Additional InformationCandidate Details:Must have a strong background in Tealeaf implementation, data analysis, and digital asset optimization.
