Reliability Engineering Program Manager

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote Reliability Engineering Program Manager will lead a team in applying reliability analysis techniques, overseeing performance evaluations, and driving improvements in asset reliability. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of reliability engineers and technicians, focusing on performance management and workload prioritization Establish and drive reliability engineering strategy, goals, and key performance indicators Provide technical guidance on reliability analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline preferred Proven experience managing or leading engineering and/or technical teams Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and best practices
