Join our expanding team and bring your energy to the excitement!Job Summary Position SummaryThe employee will review and audit revenues from all revenue-producing departments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:Auditing all paperwork for each revenue producing department at Riverwalk Casino Hotel and Harlow's Casino Resort and SpaPreparing Daily Revenue JournalsEnsuring that adequate supporting documentation exists for all transactionsPreparing routing and special reports as assignedMaintaining a tracking system for issued/redeemed slips, coupons, etc. for proper accountabilitySecuring the integrity of all gaming and non-gaming paperwork by filing paperwork quickly and properly as described by your supervisorPerforms other duties as assignedRequired Skills and Abilities Must have the ability to obtain a Gaming License issued by the Mississippi Gaming CommissionGeneral knowledge of bookkeeping terminology and methodsGeneral knowledge of standard office procedures, practices and equipmentKnowledge of routine accounting principlesAbility to maintain complex financial records and to prepare reports and statementsAbility to make mathematical computations quickly and accuratelyAbility to post accounts with speed and accuracyAbility to operate efficiently a variety of office machinesMust have good computer skills including Excel and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer serviceTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorilyEducation and Experience High school diploma or equivalent is required.
