Representative, Client Services
We are looking for a dynamic, career-minded Client Services Representative to provide excellent customer service and support to clients. The successful candidate will be able to address clients' inquiries, ask appropriate questions, and provide solutions. Whether they are members or first-time callers, our clients are promised 100% satisfaction, and our client services team is accountable for ensuring this happens during every single client interaction.
The Call Center is open Mon- Fri 8 am-7 pm & Saturdays 7 am-3:30 pm. We are looking for candidates available for all shifts within these hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive a high volume of inbound calls as well as make outbound calls to existing clients, booking appointments at a high conversion rate
Able to quickly identify the client’s request or concern and efficiently provide the most effective solutions, offer seasonal specials, and additional services.
Effectively use critical thinking skills to solve problems for clients while consistently using the best judgment to determine the best solution
Proactively gain and maintain a full understanding of our portfolio of products and services
Efficiently enter detailed records of client interactions and actions taken
Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high-quality calls and following expected call flows and scripts
Qualifications:
1-3 years of Call Center experience, HVAC & Plumbing Industry experience is a plus
Ability to talk and type accurately; typing speed of at least 45 wpm
Dedicated to providing superior client service
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
Strong judgment skills to make sound business decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products, experience with SERVICE TITAN a plus
Working Conditions:
Report to an office environment for every shift
Regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and type
Speaking and hearing ability; heavy communication through talking and listening to employees and clients directly as well as through telephone conversations to resolve issues
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
May lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
