Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Escalate safety and quality concerns in a timely mannerWear appropriate PPE and follow all Intel safety requirementsPerform and verify CoHE/LOTO proceduresFollow all safety protocols (electrical, chemical, confined-space, subfab, equipment)Maintain awareness of hazards, alarms, and restricted areasPerform prolonged walking as requiredOperate Diffusion equipment according to requirementsExecute start-up, shutdown, pump-down, vent, purge, backfill, leak checks, and recovery proceduresPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned toolsConduct inspections, cleaning, component replacements, calibrations, and adjustmentsPerform helium leak checks, gas delivery checks, and pressure checksRespond to alarms, errors, and abnormal conditionsComplete post-maintenance recovery and return tools to productionAccurately document maintenance, tool activity, and lot trackingComplete checklists, work orders, and shift handoffsSupport parts ordering, returns, labeling, and equipment handlingMaintain required training, certifications, and compliance standardsReview tool status, priorities, and readiness at the start of shiftExecute maintenance tasks and monitor tool performance during shiftDocument and escalate issues as neededComplete end-of-shift updates and ensure clean, production-ready work areasSupport audits, maintain cleanliness, and ensure equipment readinessAssist with tool qualifications and report discrepanciesSupport equipment recovery, wafer handling, alarms, and documentationMaximize output while maintaining quality and safety standardsAssist with training and cross-training team membersSupport team operations, task assignments, and performance monitoringLead or participate in required meetingsRequirements: Adhere to all Intel safety and quality standardsFollow ergonomic workstation guidelinesCommunicate effectively across teams and levelsFollow verbal and written instructions accuratelyEscalate unclear instructions or abnormal results immediatelyUse provided equipment, tools, and supplies appropriatelyWear required PPE, including chemical handling gearAbility to push carts up to 50 lbs frequentlyUnderstand tool hazards, PPE usage, and emergency proceduresBe familiar with exits, emergency numbers, eyewash, and shower stationsComplete SPA reviews and PTP processesEnsure LOTO and COHE are completed at the start of assignmentsPreferences: Semiconductor industry is preferredAssociate's degree in a science or technology-related field preferred; military technical training will be consideredA minimum of 5 years of overall experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing equipmentPhysical Effort/Activities:May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
