Low Voltage Project ManagerElectra Link is seeking an experienced and driven Low Voltage Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing low-voltage and technology projects from pre-construction through closeout while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated project management professional looking to build a long-term career with a stable and growing organization.Position SummaryThe Low Voltage Project Manager is responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of assigned projects. The Project Manager works closely with operations leadership, field teams, customers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.This position requires strong leadership skills, financial accountability, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced construction and technology environment.Responsibilities and DutiesManage low-voltage projects from kickoff through completion and closeoutAssemble, lead, and support project teams to ensure successful executionDefine project scope, objectives, schedules, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholdersDevelop and manage project timelines, workforce planning, and resource allocationCreate and oversee project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance using Work In Progress (WIP) reportingMaintain ownership of project profitability, job costing, forecasting, and change order managementIdentify, evaluate, and proactively mitigate project risks and operational issuesEnsure projects meet quality standards, customer expectations, and contractual obligationsCoordinate with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal departments to maintain seamless communication and executionManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout packagesMonitor project milestones and ensure deliverables remain on scheduleMaintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and customer requirementsPromote and maintain a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and regulationsSupport business development efforts and help identify growth opportunities with existing and prospective customersMentor and support field personnel and project team membersPreferred Experience & QualificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred, or equivalent experienceMinimum 5+ years of project management experience in low voltage, structured cabling, security integration, audiovisual, electrical, or related industriesExperience managing multiple concurrent commercial construction or technology integration projectsExperience managing projects exceeding $500K preferredStrong knowledge of:Structured CablingFiber OpticsCCTV SystemsAccess ControlSecurity IntegrationAudio Visual SystemsNetwork InfrastructureTechnology IntegrationBICSI certifications or industry certifications are a plusStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk managementExperience with strategic planning, change management, and operational leadershipProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilitiesValid driver's license with ability to travel to project sites as neededCore CompetenciesLeadership & Team DevelopmentCritical Thinking & Problem SolvingFinancial & Operational AccountabilityCustomer Service & Client Relationship ManagementConflict Resolution & NegotiationContract & Risk ManagementOrganizational & Time Management SkillsAttention to DetailAdaptability in Fast-Paced EnvironmentsSafety & Compliance FocusCompensation & BenefitsElectra Link offers a competitive compensation package based on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and advancement.Benefits include:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Life Insurance with Buy-Up OptionsShort-Term and Long-Term Disability (STD/LTD)Supplemental Ancillary BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) and Roth Retirement PlanEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Career Development & Advancement OpportunitiesCompany vehicleCell phone stipendJ-18808-Ljbffr
