Martin Retail Group is a member of the Publicis Worldwide global network.OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be located either in our Birmingham, AL office or our Troy, MI office.Assist with financial planning, revenue management, resource planning (time), and agency budget. Analyze and prepare reporting for financial plans, including resource allocations, budget trends, and operating forecasts.ResponsibilitiesForecasting, budgeting, and analyzing office expense management process, including generation/distribution of reports using Excel, SAP, and HFM Revenue management and reportingMonthly analysis of ledger activity to verify accuracy of amounts, account, and departmental distribution for all agency expensesReconcile employee hours against budget allocations for required client reportingReview missing time reports weekly and follow up on delinquenciesCoordinate with internal and external auditors, when necessaryMiscellaneous reporting and analysis as neededQualificationsEducation:Undergraduate degree, preferably in FinanceExperience5+ years related experience, Agency or service industry preferredCompetenciesAbility to communicate clearly and professionally across multiple teamsExcellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable analyzing large volumes of data to identify key operational findingsSelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAdvanced computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and HFM experience preferredTravel RequirementsOccasional travel may be requiredAdditional InformationCompensation Range: $59,850 - $74,860 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
