guests' food and beverage orders in a timely, cordial, and professional manner, noting any special requests, obtaining needed approvals/verifications as necessary, and processing all orders using the computer systemAssure timely delivery of comp requests from VIP Services and other casino departmentsResponsible for keeping accurate log entries for all call-down orders, special requests, and hotel
