We are TÜV SÜD Group.Your TasksParticipate in a structured, full-time development program to transition into accredited third‐party sustainability and social compliance auditingConduct supervised audits in accordance with recognized schemes such as RBA, APSCA (CSCA pathway), and SMETAEvaluate supply chain operations against labor, human rights, environmental, health, and safety requirementsAssess management systems related to ethical sourcing, responsible business conduct, and complianceDocument audit findings accurately and professionally in line with certification body and scheme requirementsBuild and maintain audit logs required for scheme approval and future independent auditingProgress through training, observation, and witness audits toward independent auditor qualificationYour QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, occupational health and safety, social sciences, industrial relations, or a related discipline5-15+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:Social compliance or ethical sourcingEnvironmental, health, safety, or labor complianceResponsible sourcing or supply chain complianceManufacturing compliance or corporate sustainabilityInternal, second‐party, or supplier social compliance auditingStrong knowledge of labor standards, human rights due diligence, EHS, and environmental compliance within manufacturing or supply chain environmentsExperience interacting with or assessing compliance against frameworks such as RBA, SMETA, WRAP, ICTI, SA8000, or comparable standardsExcellent command of English, both written and spokenBased in the United States with authorization to work in the U.S.Preferred:Experience conducting audits (internal, supplier, second‐party, or certification audits)Prior exposure to certification bodies or third‐party audit environmentsFamiliarity with APSCA auditor pathways or social auditing qualification requirementsExperience working across multi‐site or global supply chainsWhat We OfferFull-time, permanent employment (not a contract role)A clearly defined development pathway toward accredited third‐party auditor statusPaid training and required auditor qualification coursesSponsorship and support for RBA, APSCA, and related approval processesParticipation in observation and witness auditsLong-term career opportunities within a global certification bodyAdditional Information* The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $90,000 - 100,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements.
