Job Description PHARMACY RELATIONSHIP & SALES SPECIALISTTHE OPPORTUNITYPharmacy Innovations is looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to serve as the bridge between our pharmacy and the healthcare providers we partner with. In this hybrid sales and support role, you'll educate clinicians on compounded prescriptions, grow your territory, and deliver an exceptional experience for both prescribers and patients — all while being well-compensated for your results.WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild and maintain strong relationships with physicians, NPs, PAs, and clinical staffEducate healthcare offices on how to send compounded prescriptions to Pharmacy InnovationsConduct sales calls, product detailing, and educational visits across your territoryIdentify opportunities to improve prescription flow and pharmacy utilization within clinicsRepresent Pharmacy Innovations at community events and health fairsSupport pharmacy operations and patient coordination as neededWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORSales experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or a related fieldExperience detailing products or medications to clinical staff strongly preferredSome college required; bachelor's degree preferredStrong communicator who can engage confidently with diverse clinical audiencesSelf-motivated, optimistic, and accountable — someone who takes ownership of their territoryValid driver's license and reliable vehicle required; this is a field-based role with mileage reimbursementFamiliarity with compounding, integrative medicine, or holistic care is a plusCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSBase salary: $45,000 – $60,000 exempt (commensurate with experience)Commission incentive plan on top of base salaryMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance | Short-term & long-term disability401(k) with company matchPaid holidaysMileage reimbursementPharmacy Innovations is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
