Systems Engineer Sr - E3
Overview
In this role you will support GEO satellite operations from factory integration through decommission. You’ll monitor the health and operability of the constellation and work with experts to resolve issues. You will contribute to pre-launch readiness, launch and early orbit testing, and satellite day-in-the-life activities. You’ll document processes, identify requirements, and implement improvements. This is a mission-driven position that combines hands-on engineering with cross-functional collaboration to ensure space system success.

ResponsibilitiesOversee daily health and operability of the satellite constellationCollaborate with analysts, CPEs, and SMEs to resolve issuesSupport pre-launch rehearsals, launch and early orbit test activitiesContribute to day-in-the-life testing and operational documentationIdentify requirements and support execution of vehicle flight objectivesDevelop tools/techniques for analysis and performance improvementsBe on-call 24/7 and support overtime/weekends as neededTravel less than 10% as required
