POSITION SUMMARYJoin Ricova as an Outside Sales Representative and become a key driver of our growth in New Jersey. In this on-the-road role, you will be the face of the company in your territory, engaging directly with businesses to provide tailored recycling and waste management solutions.You will actively prospect new clients, build long-term relationships, and help companies improve how they manage their residual materials in a more efficient and sustainable way. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys face-to-face interactions, and is motivated by results.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESManage and strategically develop your assigned sales territoryConduct daily in-person visits to businesses (door-to-door prospecting)Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads consistentlyPresent, promote, and sell waste and recycling service solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientsNegotiate contracts and close deals effectivelyGrow existing accounts while securing new businessMeet and exceed sales targets and profitability goalsMaintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and client interactionsAct as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure service satisfactionTYPE OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREDMinimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in outside/field salesProven track record in prospecting, lead generation, and closing dealsExperience in waste management, recycling, or environmental services is a strong assetSKILLS REQUIREDStrong knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly self-motivated with a strong drive for resultsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong organizational and prioritization skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM toolsBilingual (plus): English and Spanish (written and spoken)Benefits: Commission and performance bonusesJob type: Full-timeSchedule: Monday to friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
