The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, reading and interpreting technical drawings, and working closely with machinists to ensure precision and efficiency in milling and machining processes. The role includes programming diverse CNC systems to meet production requirements and delivering high-quality machined parts while adhering to safety standards.QualificationsProficiency in CNC Programming and hands-on experience with programming CNC systemsFamiliarity with Mastercam and SolidWorks is a plusStrong understanding of Technical Drawing and blueprint readingWorking knowledge of Machining and Milling processes with a focus on precision and qualityProblem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot programming and machining challengesCommitment to maintaining safety standards and attention to detail in all aspects of workHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in a related field is preferred
