Early Childhood Educator – Full Time
About the Role
Little Doves Children’s Learning Center is looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team. In this role, you’ll help create a warm, engaging learning environment where young children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically. What You’ll Do
Create and maintain a safe, welcoming classroom that encourages curiosity and learning
Support children’s development through age-appropriate activities and routines
Use positive guidance and classroom strategies to promote respectful behavior
Observe and document children’s progress and adjust approaches to meet individual needs
Work closely with fellow educators and families to support each child’s growth
Provide inclusive care for children with varying abilities and learning styles
Required Credentials
Current CPR and First Aid certification
TB test clearance
Food Handler’s Permit
Bloodborne Pathogens training
Completion of 30 hours of Child Care Basics / STARS training
Prior experience in an early learning or childcare setting
Strong knowledge of early childhood development
Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience supporting children with diverse needs
Familiarity with Brightwheel or similar childcare management software
Exposure to multiple early learning teaching approaches

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.66 - $23.66 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
