Regional Sales Manager - Coronary/PV - Pittsburgh

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pittsburgh Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives and clinical specialists in the Pittsburgh market. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on company's growth and success in this region.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targetsManage and mentor a team of over 10 sales reps and clinical specialistsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholdersProvide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior managementEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plansRequirements:Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredMinimum of 3+ years of sales management experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on coronary and/or peripheral vascular experienceProven track record of success in managing and developing high-performing sales teamsStrong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAbility to travelCompensation and Benefits:Base salary of 200,000 with an on-target earnings potential of 375,000 uncappedStock options and car allowanceFull medical, dental, and 401K benefitsCompany-paid expenses
