DESCRIPTION
This is a growing and innovative global team that design and implements ICT infrastructure to support our portfolio of corporate offices. Operational excellence is at the forefront of our approach, raising the bar across all aspects of the project delivery process to provide our customers with a seamless IT delivery experience. As we continue to grow our Quality Assurance division, we are looking for new team members to deliver our Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) inspection program for Infrastructure Cabling, WiFi & Audio Visual
As an ICT Build Quality Assurance Coordinator within CIT, you will have oversight of our global corporate ICT infrastructure during the execution phase of Moves, Adds & Changes. The role will be responsible for implementing our QAQC process by monitoring quality of delivery, undertaking onsite inspections and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
This role will be office based and you will also be required to travel to project sites to ensure that our Design Consultants, Low Voltage Contractors (LVC) and AV Integrators have completed all project tasks in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). This includes, but is not limited to validating cabling infrastructure installations, witness testing, test result review, Wireless Access Point installation and functional testing of Audio Visual.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
1 x Seattle
1 x Washington DC
Starting from 1st of July to 31st of December 2024 (Possibility to extend beyond)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
-5+ Years’ experience in delivery and coordinating corporate office fit outs from design concept through to deployment/construction and close out
-5+ years Information and Communications Technology (ICT) design experience
-5+ years of working experience with Audio Visual, WiFi, fiber optic components, copper cabling, and interconnect products, technologies, and standards
-5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance methodology and tools
-5+ years of ICT Program/Project Management
-Ability to travel
-Training will be in London on July 15th for one week
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-BICSI Certification or internationally recognized equivalent
-Registered Communications Distribution Designer Certificate
-Prince2 or PMP certified
-Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and maintain high quality standards
-Ability to simultaneously work and manage multiple projects, prioritize & consistently deliver results in ambiguous, complex, and fast-paced environment
-Experience in communicating with end-users, technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, articulate features, technical designs, and strategy to name a few
-Experience of Revit, Auto-CAD, Bluebeam or other Computer Aided Design Tools

Pay: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour
