We’re seeking anAssistant Nurse Manager for our Level III NICU —a high-acuity, fast-paced environment where clinical excellence, teamwork, and compassionate care come together every day. Lead daily operations in a Level III NICU
Support staffing, workflow, and patient care coordination
Mentor and develop nursing staff
Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Collaborate with physicians, neonatologists, and care teams
Promote family-centered, evidence-based neonatal careWhat We’re Looking For
BSN or MSN required
Active California RN license
BLS (AHA) required
NICU certification (NICRNC) within 6 months
NRP within 90 days
Prior NICU or leadership experience requiredLead with Purpose in Neonatal Care
