Program Management Support

Overview In this role you will support NGA-facing programs across the full acquisition life cycle, delivering documentation, analysis, and risk management that enable informed government decisions. You will work with IPA and program teams to ensure compliant acquisition artifacts, test planning, and stakeholder engagement. You will apply domain knowledge of NGA, DoD, and IC contexts to drive effective program execution. ResponsibilitiesDevelop acquisition documentation (Strategies, SOWs, RFPs) and present for approvalAdvise on source selection, document findings, and support protest defenseProvide independent analyses of deliverables for IPAManage program lifecycle tasks including planning, execution, and oversightPrepare and edit financial artifacts (PRISM, Air Force 9G generation)Support oversight of testing, agile backlog, FAT/SAT/ORR/OAR, DR verification and resolutionParticipate in technical exchanges, program reviews, acquisition panels, and configuration boardsIdentify and mitigate risk per NGA processes and coordinate with risk teamsSupport outreach to customers, stakeholders, foreign partners, and NGA/IC officesSupport formulation and analysis of new requirements and RFC impact statementsProvide analysis and recommendations; apply exploitation domain knowledge of NGA/DoD/IC Key requirementsDemonstrated experience in acquisition, acquisition planning, and development of acquisitionsBachelor degree in a related area (program management, business, computer science, GIS, or related)Ability to operate within NGA/DoD/IC environments and collaborate with government and contractor teamsHard-charger, self-sufficient yet team-orientedStrong communication and stakeholder engagementProactive problem solving and adaptabilityCloud computing technologies (Desirable)Experience with agile software development or SAFe certification (Desirable)NGA acquisition experience or DoD experience (Desirable)
