This role will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the program by overseeing the management of schedules and providing complex administrative support to Program Faculty, Residents, and staff. Under the direction of the Family Medicine Residency Program leadership, the Residency Program Administrator will be a key contributor in the areas of Schedule Coordination, Administrative Support, Program Support, and Institutional Support.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university program in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, School Counseling, Social Work, or other related health or social science field preferred.Equivalent work experience accepted.Minimum of 2 years of experience in continuing medical education.Experience working with medical leadership.Compensation$68,640.00 - $85,800.00 annuallyActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
