Check out this role and join our team of talented professionals.Learn more about Partner at www.partneresi.com.SUMMARYPartner is seeking a Full-Time Assessor for our construction services team to perform all Construction Assessor responsibilities including planning, executing, reviewing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKSInvolvement in multiple projects concurrentlyOversee the quality of Partner's deliverables throughout the project's life cycleCoordinating the efforts of Partner team members, and at times Partner Associates (PAs) in order to deliver projects according to planCultivate strong relationships with the Partner team members, Client, and other project stakeholders in order to successfully deliver a quality product on timeConduct inspectionsWrite reportsRESPONSIBILITIESEnsure quality of services and reportsEffectively communicate project expectations (i.e. Client-specific SOW, templates) to team members and assessors in a timely and clear fashion throughout the course of the projectProvide solid recommendations and solutions to Partner team members (RM, TD, PM, etc.) and Clients, while understanding the assessment's potential impact on the transaction processIdentify and resolve issues with projectsDeliver appropriate progress reports (verbally or e-mail)Communicate and coordinate follow-up questions during the review processKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESExcellent communication skills (internal and external)Ability to work on projects concurrentlyProven ability to successfully deliver a quality product on timeExceptional writing skillsAbility to cultivate strong relationships within a teamComprehensive understanding of design processes/concepts, construction elements (contracts, cost, admin, scheduling, change orders) and funding/payment processesProficient in report authorship and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) or reportsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor Degree or greater from accredited university in architecture, construction management and or engineering discipline a plus3+ years relevant experience in construction or construction related field(s) such as architecture, construction management and/or engineeringPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMust be able to read, write, speak & comprehend EnglishMust be able to communicate clearly in person, over the telephone and via emailsVisual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screenMust be able to visit a construction job site and maneuver around and through construction activitiesCOMPENSATIONThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
