Substitute Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) needed for Camden County Schools!

Are you a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for flexible work opportunities? New Behavioral Network is seeking skilled and dedicated Substitute RBTs to provide essential behavioral and academic support for students. Role Overview: Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students with special needs, following individualized behavior intervention plans. Implement ABA-based techniques to help manage behaviors, develop communication skills, and support academic engagement. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and BCBAs to ensure consistency in behavior management and goal achievement. Maintain detailed data collection and reporting on student progress during your assignments. Ideal Candidate: Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience working in educational or clinical settings. Bachelors Degree preferred. Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior management techniques. Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to new environments. Patient, compassionate, and skilled in building rapport with students and staff. Effective communication skills to work within a team.
