Inside Sales Representative

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, business development, and customer service. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting our sales growth through outbound and warm calling strategies. Candidates should have experience with CRM software and possess a solid understanding of B2B sales processes. Duties Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate leads and set appointments Engage in telemarketing efforts to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions Manage inbound inquiries professionally, providing exceptional customer service and product information Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up activities Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies with company campaigns Support technical sales efforts by understanding product features and benefits, especially in technology or technical sales environments Maintain a thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities Qualifications Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical sales sectors Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools Demonstrated ability to develop business through outbound calling and warm calling techniques Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development practices is a plus High level of motivation, resilience, and goal-oriented attitude Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative to leverage your sales expertise in a supportive environment that values professional growth and success.
