You will drive cost, lead time, and delivery improvements while aligning cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, highly complex environment.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end supply chain performance for robotics hardware products (e.g., drive units, robotic arms, mechanical systems)Drive accountability across sourcing, procurement, planning, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and cost optimizationAct as a TPM-style program leader, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring execution against business goalsAnalyze BOM data to assess cost structures, lead times, and optimization opportunitiesPartner with suppliers and internal teams to drive cost savings and improve delivery timelinesProvide regular reporting to leadership, including program updates, cost analysis, and risk mitigation plansIdentify and escalate supply chain risks, collaborating with engineering on solutions such as redesigns or alternate sourcingConduct deep-dive analyses, including supplier pricing impacts, lead time aggregation, and supply chain trade-off decisionsWhy This Role Stands OutHigh-impact role supporting cutting-edge robotics and automation initiativesStrong cross-functional visibility with engineering, supply chain, and executive leadershipOpportunity to influence cost, scalability, and performance of next-generation hardware systemsCompetitive compensation with full benefitsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or product/program management within a hardware or manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of supply planning, demand planning, procurement, and supplier managementExperience with cost structures, negotiations, and supply chain optimizationStrong analytical skills with Excel and data-driven decision-makingProven ability to operate independently and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in robotics, manufacturing, or electromechanical hardware environmentsFamiliarity with components such as motors, plastics, metals, and mechanical assembliesExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and PLM tools (Agile)Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) and building supply chains for new hardwareBackground in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, or capacity planningInterested?Record your short intro here — tell us about your experience and why this opportunity excites you.
