Job Description Job Opportunity: Mental Health TherapistOur organization is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Mental Health Therapist to become a part of our outpatient team within the Healthcare & Medical Services division. In this position, you will offer individual and family therapy to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, while crafting customized treatment plans that cater to each individual's specific requirements.Utilizing evidence-based methodologies, you will perform thorough psychosocial evaluations, develop precise clinical assessments, and implement therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing emotional, behavioral, and relational health.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and family therapy sessions.Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments.Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.Engage clients and families in goal-setting and relapse-prevention strategies.Perform risk assessments and provide crisis intervention when required.Participate in case consultations, clinical supervision, and team meetings.Working EnvironmentYou will thrive in a collaborative, team-focused atmosphere that emphasizes empathy, support, and professionalism.
