Responsible for building and maintaining high-volume forms (e.g., 10-10EZ, CHAMPVA claims) using AI-assisted development techniques, ensuring reliable data capture, validation, and successful transmission to downstream VA systems every sprint.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop full-stack applications and integrationsImplement AI-assisted coding workflowsConduct code reviews and enforce standardsDesign for scalability and reliabilityRequirements8+ years full-stack development.Strong React, API, and backend experience.AI-Assisted Development ExperienceHands-on use of GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude.Ability to generate, review, and refine AI-produced code within governed environments.Experience using AI for test generation, validation logic, and defect detection.Preferred VA ExperienceVets-website, vets-api.VA Forms (10-10EZ, 10-10CG, CHAMPVA).VA Profile, Lighthouse APIs.High-volume submission systems.Preferred Certifications (Not Required)AWS DeveloperCKADSecurity+ (SEC+)Total Rewards StatementWe believe in fairness and clarity throughout our hiring process.
