What You'll Be DoingAs a Low Voltage Field Service Technician with Totality Solutions, you'll work within the Charleston, SC region to install, connect and troubleshoot the critical technology that powers local businesses and communities. Your responsibilities will include:Structured cabling (installing and terminating Cat5/Cat6)Neat cable management and labelingInstalling and troubleshooting CCTV and access control systemsPerforming networking support and resolving system issuesTroubleshooting commercial IT systems to resolve customer concernsCommunicating with your supervisors to ensure site and scope goals are achievedWork independently or with a team across various environments: warehouses, retail, restaurant, offices, etc. Who We're Looking ForWe're seeking proactive, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to grow with us.
