Facility Administrator and Business Development Manager
The facility administrator reports to the CNO (Debbie Hickman) and is the main point of contact at the facility for various responsibilities in the opening and operations of the micro-hospital, including daily administrative tasks. Other job duties include, but are not limited to provider credentialling, management of documents, life safety and environment of care, supervision of non-clinical team members, customer satisfaction, maintenance of records, fiscal management, vendor and supplier services, materials management, onboarding of new hires and employee files, and other job duties as directed by the management team. A minimum of 5 years of experience in administration and operations, with 5 years of inpatient admissions and an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.The business development manager reports to the facility CNO and the corporate Director of Marketing. the BDM markets services of the micro-hospital. The BDM is responsible for increasing outpatient and inpatient utilization of the hospital services by informing and educating stakeholders including patient populations, physicians and their staff, other healthcare entities, employers, and the community as applicable. Frequent traveling in the market area is required.
