Support/Analyst (Entry Level+) based in Sanford, FL. The I.T. Support/Analyst will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist in ensuring smooth operation of the company’s I.T. infrastructure. Additional responsibilities include analyzing system performance, offering solutions to technical challenges, maintaining hardware and software, and assisting with system updates and improvements. Qualifications Proven skills in Technical Support and Information Technology for resolving and handling basic to moderate I.T. issuesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, or software issues effectivelyStrong Analytical Skills for evaluating system performance and recommending enhancementsExcellent Communication skills for providing clear instructions to end-users and collaborating with team membersBasic understanding of networking and system administration is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a team while managing time effectivelyAssociates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or relevant certifications
