Backend Engineer – Ruby on Rails + Applied AI IntegrationsDirect hire, permanentAustin, TX or Remote (US)$150,000 – $180,000 base salary + equityAbout The Client:An early-stage, well-funded enterprise software company building a platform that connects and automates back-office systems for finance, HR, and operations teams. The founding engineering team is small and hands-on, with the AI product direction still being actively shaped.Role Overview:This platform combines configurable integration pipelines with applied AI to eliminate manual data work across a company's back-office systems.
