What You'll DoAs an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of your store by: Leading & SupportingAssist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed. Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly. Delivering Great ServiceGreet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Build positive relationships with regular guests. Managing the StoreKeep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales. Driving EfficiencyManage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards. What We're Looking ForWe're searching for team players who are ready to step up and lead. Experience2-4 years in a supervisory or customer service role. SkillsStrong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment. FlexibilityWillingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. MobilityValid driver's license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.
