Technical Recruiter (Irvine)

Veritas Search Group is hiring a Technical Recruiter to support continued growth across our technology practice.We are looking for someone with agency recruiting experience who can run searches independently, communicate well with candidates and hiring managers, and accurately assess technical backgrounds across engineering, infrastructure, cloud, data, ERP, cybersecurity, and IT operations roles.This is not a high-volume resume forwarding environment. We care heavily about candidate quality, communication, ownership, and long-term client relationships.Ideal candidates are based in Orange County, though we are open to strong recruiters located in Los Angeles or San Diego.What You'll DoRecruit for technical roles across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, data, IT operations, and related areasSource, screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the hiring processWork directly with hiring managers and internal account leadershipBuild pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and outbound sourcingWrite candidate summaries and present qualified candidates to clientsMaintain accurate ATS notes and recruiting activityHelp improve recruiting processes and candidate quality standards internallyWhat We're Looking For4+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within an agency environmentExperience recruiting for engineering, infrastructure, cloud, ERP, or enterprise IT positionsStrong communication and candidate qualification skillsAbility to assess resumes beyond keyword matchingOrganized, accountable, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneouslyComfortable working in a fast-moving recruiting environmentPreferred BackgroundExperience with contract staffing and direct hire recruitingExisting network within Southern California tech marketsExperience working with MSP/VMS clientsFamiliarity with ATS systems such as Big Biller, Bullhorn, CEIPAL, etc.CompensationCompetitive base salaryUncapped commission structureLong-term growth opportunity within the firmAbout Veritas Search GroupVeritas Search Group is a recruiting and staffing firm focused on technology, operations, accounting & finance, and executive search.
