Key Responsibilities Lead training for Quality Specialists on audit processes and procedures Conduct complex audits to verify quality standards and compliance with regulations Act as a consultant to resolve business issues and recommend quality assurance action plans Required Qualifications and Education High school diploma or GED (Required) Four years of customer service, claims, or membership and billing experience (Required) Two years of experience in training or audit functions (Required) Experience with operational procedures (Required) Quality certification such as CQA, CQIA, or CQPA preferred
