Senior Delivery Lead-Enterprise Programs
Position summaryEZCORP is seeking a Sr. Delivery Lead — Enterprise Programs to join the Enterprise PMO and lead large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning IT, business operations, and multiple geographies across the US and Latin America. The immediate focus of this role is a major multi-country integration program, with ongoing responsibility for enterprise programs as business needs evolve.The ideal candidate is a hands-on program execution leader with a strong technical background, deep experience in enterprise platform migrations, multi-site technology rollouts, and organizational change management. This person must operate fluently across geographies, languages, and cultures — coordinating workstreams that touch finance, HR, IT, operations, legal, and field operations teams while keeping senior leadership informed and aligned.This position may be filled as a direct hire or contract-to-hire arrangement.Essential duties & responsibilitiesProgram leadership and governanceLead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale programs: define program structure, governance model, workstream charters, milestones, risk frameworks, and executive reporting cadenceOwn the integrated program plan across all workstreams, ensuring dependencies are mapped, critical path is visible, and milestone dates are tracked rigorouslyEstablish and run program governance: steering committees, workstream coordination, RAID management, decision escalation protocols, and status reportingDrive accountability across workstream owners, ensuring cross-functional teams deliver to plan and that dependencies do not become blockersManage program financials: budget tracking, SOW governance, forecast-to-actual varianceSupport vendor and third-party governance in partnership with business owners: contribute to SOW development, track milestone-based deliverables, and monitor contract compliancePartner with Procurement and Legal on vendor selection, contract negotiations, and change order management as neededConduct regular vendor performance reviews against defined SLAs and KPIs; flag underperformance to business owners for remediationTechnology integration and multi-site rolloutLead enterprise platform migration and integration programs: ERP, HCM, financial systems, and operational technology — coordinating with business partners, overseeing data migration, testing, cutover sequencing, and post-go-live stabilizationManage multi-site technology deployments across retail or branch locations: system provisioning, hardware coordination, store-level scheduling, staff training, and phased rollout executionPartner with other PMs, IT leadership, and solution architects to ensure technical decisions are sound, scalable, and aligned with the enterprise technology roadmapChange management and organizational readinessDevelop and execute change management strategies for enterprise programs: stakeholder impact assessments, communication planning, training design, resistance management, and adoption measurementDesign communication plans and role-based training programs in partnership with HR and L&D, ensuring content is tailored for diverse audiences across corporate, field, and regional teamsEnsure change plans account for cultural, linguistic, and operational differences across US and Latin American geographiesTrack adoption and proficiency metrics post-go-live, identifying gaps and driving corrective action to sustain organizational changeMulti-geography coordinationServe as the central coordination point across US and Latin American program activities — bridging time zones, languages, regulatory frameworks, and operational normsConduct program meetings, stakeholder updates, and working sessions in both English and Spanish as required by the audienceBuild trusted relationships with regional and country-level leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in throughout program executionStakeholder management and executive reportingProvide regular, executive-quality program status reporting to the EPMO Director, senior leadership, and program steering committeesManage stakeholder expectations across corporate functions and field operations, translating program complexity into clear, actionable narrativesProactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and decisions that require senior leadership interventionEducation, experience & qualifications8+ years of program or project management experience delivering large-scale integration, migration, or transformation programsExperience leading enterprise platform implementations or migrations (ERP, HCM, financial systems, or similar), including data migration, testing, and go-liveExperience managing multi-site technology rollouts across 50+ locations in retail, branch, or other distributed operationsStrong technical background with the ability to engage credibly with IT partnersProven change management experience across large, distributed, multilingual workforcesExperience managing programs across multiple countries, regulatory environments, and cultures, especially in the US and Latin AmericaRequired bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to lead meetings, present to executives, review documentation, and manage stakeholders in both languagesStrong financial management skills, including budgeting, vendor governance, CapEx/OpEx tracking, and business case managementExperience in retail, financial services, specialty lending, or other multi-unit service industries preferredBachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field requiredDesirable qualificationsPMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certificationExperience with M&A integrations or large migrations: post-close integration planning and executionExperience with SAFe, Scrum, or other Agile delivery frameworks in an enterprise settingProsci or equivalent change management certificationFamiliarity with AI-powered project management tools, predictive analytics, or delivery intelligence platforms
