This role supports our Events & Retail team by keeping a strong, organized pipeline of upcoming event opportunities.Renewal by Andersen is the full‑service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation, with 120+ years of innovation and a reputation for delivering an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation.Key Responsibilities:Research home shows, expos, festivals, fairs, community events, and sponsorshipsEvaluate events based on audience, cost, location, and lead potentialContact event organizers for vendor packets, pricing, availability, and deadlinesMaintain a forward‑looking pipeline of upcoming eventsData & Admin Support:Update the event tracking database with accurate detailsLog costs, dates, staffing hours, and event logisticsPrepare brief summaries when submitting events for approvalTrack payments, request Certificates of Insurance, and organize recordsSupport the Events Coordinator and Managers as neededWhat we're looking for:Highly organized and detail‑orientedComfortable communicating by phone and emailStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially ExcelExperience with scheduling or workforce systems is a plusWhy work with usWe offer Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, HSA contributions, a 401(k) with yearly bonus, paid holidays and PTO, and employee product discounts.
