Our Fast-Paced company is seeking a candidate with a strong accounts payable background within construction. We have a very friendly work environment and can offer significant potential for professional growth.Responsibilities:Coordinate purchases between deptsKeep up with a daily PO logEnter in payablesReconcile company credit card monthlyEnter in daily depositsMust be able to be a fast learnerSage 50 experienced preferredSupport departments with reports and reconciliation as required and generate reports as required by managementAssist, prepare semi-annual Incentive Compensation Plan reconciliationAssist President with projects as neededRequirements:Minimum of 5+ years of accounts payable experienceStrong knowledge of basic construction practices and related accounting principles and functions with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsMicrosoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills are a mustStrong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and accounting skills; must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environmentAttention to detail is criticalTech savvyProactive, self-starter that works well in a team environmentAble to maintain company cultureSome HR Exp is required
