Success is achieved through championing selling tools and executing daily/weekly business objectives by assigning and managing tasks, goals, and priorities for the team. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will lead by example, providing feedback, coaching and support to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring sales metrics, sharing performance data, and executing strategies to drive performances and achieve goals.Selling Supervisors are leaders within the store and the entry point for future Management roles within Ralph Lauren where you can begin to write your Next Great Chapter.,Team Development & LeadershipFoster a collaborative team environment through open communication, feedback, and recognitionDrive team sales performance through coaching and developmentMonitor and achieve sales targets, KPIs and performance metricsModel selling behaviors and lead in performance metricsAct as mentor to employees, providing guidance to enhance skills and product knowledgeSupport training programs aligned with brand standardsProvide feedback to Store Management on team performance and development needsCustomer Experience & Business OperationsSell 50% of the time, implement clienteling strategies to build customer loyaltyExecute promotional activities and sales eventsEnsure consistent customer experience aligned with Ralph Lauren and CEL standardsSupport customer concern process, escalating as needed to senior ManagementChampion new technology for New Ways of Selling and More Ways to ShopCommunicate sales and profit performance tools to the store teamReport product category opportunities and support store merchandising needsSupport inventory control and maintain productivity standardsAdministration & ComplianceParticipate in recruitment and interviews as neededSupervise daily cash transactions, deposits, and register balancingEnsure compliance with health/safety regulations and company policiesCreate an inclusive environment aligned with Ralph Lauren values and Cultural Focus AreasSalary range: $18.5 - $30.77 hourly,Retail Supervisory or similar industry experience Fashion insights and awareness of industry trends a plusExcellent leadership and communication skills Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnelAbility to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderatelyAbility to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hoursAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)Proven track record of success, including a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.Possess and demonstrate business acumenStrong planning and prioritization/time management skills
